PrintVault

Confidential printing shouldn't end with pickup.

A concept-stage system for confidential documents that should not sit in an output tray.

Concept stage — software demo in development

The problem

Confidential pages are left in printer trays, carried away, copied, or thrown in open bins. Secure release printing stops at pickup; it does not address what happens to the page after it is read.

How it works — high level

  1. A document is sent to PrintVault.
  2. The recipient verifies with a PIN before anything is released.
  3. The document is read inside the system.
  4. Finished pages are securely destroyed. No confidential page leaves unaccounted for.

Technical details are shared privately in partner discussions, not published here.

Status

PrintVault is at concept stage. A working software simulation exists today; hardware development is the next step, with the right partner.

What we are seeking

For OEM partners: a licensable, differentiated concept with a working simulation, aimed at regulated industries that cannot leave confidential pages unaccounted for.
